TDA2EVM5777: TIDL OD issue with imported network on TDA2x EVM

Hello,

My customer is trying to import pre-trained model to TIDL OD usecase in VSDK 3.7.

Basically they followed the steps mentioned in below thread.

After the import, they run the binaries on TDA2x EVM and saw black screen but TI logo on display.

They also confirmed the original TIDL OD usecase is working fine .

Could you please take a look at attached logs and give your comment?

Hi,

Could you ask customer to first check the import tool output is correct before running the binaries on TDA2x EVM?

Import tool also outputs the detected objects in "stats_tool_out.bin" file, please refer to below e2e thread on how to read this output file for visualization ..

Hi Praveen,

Customer verified that the .bin files works with standalone test application in “PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_07_00_00\ti_components\algorithms\REL.TIDL.01.01.03.00\modules\ti_dl\test\out”.

Then, they reuse the same .bin files with VSDK usecase.

What should we check for the next step?

Please change the macro value "SYNC_THRESHOLD" to 6000 and try it

The macro defined in this file: vision_sdk/apps/src/rtos/usecases/tidl_OD/chains_tidlOD.c
