AM3352: VRTC output fails

Hi,

My customer sees the exact issue discussed in the original thread.

According to the original thread, the issue was solved by below two changes.
a) Remove 2.2uF capacitor from pin 29(VRRTC) of PMIC
b) Enable internal LDO inside AM335x.

I understood b) solves the issue, but I am not sure why a) is effective.
If b) is taken, a) is not necessary?
