There is not one specific instruction to create zImage. There are a few steps. They are clearly documented here:

Hi,

Does it mean zimage is the same as zimage-xxx-evm.bin. I found there is a zimage-xxx-evm.bin file in prebuilt-image in sdk.

Yes, they are both zImages. We just rename the one in the prebuilt to avoid confusion.
