TMS320C6745: booting in NOR flash mode

Hi im trying to boot the TMS6745 processor in direct NOR flash mode. i configured the boot pins accordingly. but now i see that the cs,oe& we signals are taking too long time approx. 330 clock cycles duration. what may be the problem. i have given a clock input of 25MHz. what would have gone wrong?

Hello,

The device is still booting up in direct NOR flash mode but is taking a long time? Is my understanding correct?

Is this on a TI EVM or a custom hardware platform?

Have you already referred to the following application note?

im trying to test the test the device using a VLSI tester by feeding into electrical signals. here im planning to use NOR flash interface through EMIFA.

what i did is that i placed the boot pins. im getting the emifa control signals but with width of around 330 clock cycles. i have given a clock input of 24mHz.
