TDA4VM: TDA4VM I2C support speed

Part Number: TDA4VM

Hi Expert,

In TDA4VM TRM, it is written that the I2C interface with compliant open drain buffers could support high speed mode(up to 3.4Mbps in 1.8V). And the I2C interface multiplexed with standard LVCMOS I/O only support fast mode (up to 400 kbps). As the below figure 1 shown.

However, in the TDA4VM design checklist, the description absolutely opposite with TRM. It is written that the I2C interface with compliant open drain buffers only could support 400kHz and the interface used LVCMOS could support 3.4Mbps. As the below figure 2 shown.

The question what I want to ask is :

Which description is right? What is the actual support speed for I2C interface (open drain and emulation)?
