TDA4VM: RMII_REF_CLK of TDA4 is not driven by the CLKOUT of TDA4 in TDA4 GESI(gateway) board, it does not obey the description of TDA4 datasheet.

    Hi, Hui:

    In GESI board, DP83822IRHBT can output reference clock for system use.

    I don't see any violations.
