AM3352: AM335x's RNG compliance

Hi,

Is there any source where I can get any information of AM335x's RNG compliant to NIST Special Publication 800-22 Test Suite and FIPS PUBs 140-2 and 140-3 ?

Or is it design with compliance to NIST SP800-90A rev. 1 ?

If not, what is the official channel to make an official request to TI for requesting support if we would like to do cryptographic certifications on AM335x ?

From AM335x Crypto TRM

“The true random number generator (TRNG) module provides a true, non-deterministic noise source for the purpose of generating keys, initialization vectors (IVs), and other random number requirements. The TRNG is built on 24 rings oscillators that create unpredictable output to feed a complex nonlinear combinatorial circuit. The output is post-processed for statistical robustness to meet NIST requirements of FIPS 140-1 and FIPS 186-1 based on ANSI X9.17 annex C.”
