We have received a request from our customer to submit delivery specifications.
We need to include ESD-HBM and CDM test results, but the datasheet and TI.com did not include ESD-HBM and CDM test results.
Please tell me the test results.
(The data sheet is SPRS139I–NOVEMBER 2000–REVISED OCTOBER 2008.)
