We have a design checklist created for AM57x processor (See link below).  After completing the checklist, please let us know which specific areas of the design are of concern, and we will focus the review on those areas.  Please let us know any specific questions.

Our main concern are the following:-

1. Mipi-csi2 module

2. RAM without ECC.

3. MMC port for wifi.

The remaining portion was taken as it is as defined in AM571x IDK reference design.

Please verify the above and suggest us if any changes.

For the MIPI-CSI2 module - not much to review in the schematic.  The CSI2 signals connect between processor and connector.  No additional circuitry is required.

For RAM w/out ECC - the unused data  and mask signals can be left open.  It is recommended to pull-down the DQS_ECC signal and pull-up the DQSN_ECC signal.

For the MMC port for WiFi - the schematic has the MMC2 bus connecting to header.  Make sure the IO voltage levels are aligned between the processor and WiFi.  They can be either 1.8V or 3.3V IO.  Also - the header used does not appear to be high-speed connector.  What speed with the MMC interface operate at?  Basic pin headers often being to have issues around 50MHz.

Pin connectors can be used, additional GND pins spread across the connector can help increase its bandwidth.
