We are using DDR3L RAM on DRA718 processor board and the part number is MT41K512M16 - 64 Meg 16 x 8 banks Twindie DDR3L from Micron. We downloaded spra36e.pdf (EMIF TOOLS) and spra36e.pdf (AM57xDRA7x,andTDA2xEMIFTools) for getting register values, but the datasheet is incomplete - as it doesn't provide required information needed by the tool. Hence we were unable to generate the DDR3 registers required in board.c file of uboot. Also the datasheet doesnot provide timing and strobe information. Please help us with generation of uboot register values and of possible provide us gel file tor this DDR3 part number.
