TMS320DM368: NAND flash TC58BVG0S3HTAI0 get ECC failure while being programmed

Part Number: TMS320DM368

We try to use a new NAND flash for our DM368 board, but it fails with ECC failure while being programmed. The flash device ID: 0xF1, manufacture ID: 0x98.It is from KIOXIA, model: TC58BVG0S3HTAI0. Before this one, we have been using TC58NVG0S3ETAI0. Is this flash supported? if yes, what can we do to make it work? Thanks.

    Hello Ding,

    Comparing the devices, it looks like there are slight differences in timing and there is the ECC element which has been added. I don't see either of these preventing support for that NAND flash however.

    Unfortunately regarding the question about how to make it work, I don't have any guidance I can offer for that. As stated on the product page for the device, all support is through our third party partners. See the following E2E post for details.
