I wanted to begin by saying that you can use TI's latest RF sampling transceiver, AFE7900/AFE7950 family devices for this application. AFE79xx has more channels, performance, and bandwidth at lower power per channel and lower cost when compared to AFE74xx. To bringup the AFE7422 using the AFE74xx GUI and then export the configuration to a log file. This can be done by using the Convert To CFG Format button in the Quick Start Page.

The log file will contain the bringup sequence for the mode you are operating in.
