DAC38RF89: VDDAVCO18 Specification

Hi team,

My customer would like to bias VDDAVCO18 to slightly different voltage from 1.8V but within 1.71V-1.89V range. Should it be OK to do so?

Also, how can the VDDAVCO18 current consumption can be estimated? How much typical and maximum current will flow?

Itoh-san,

1. yes, this is fine. As long as VDDAVCO18 is within the voltage specificaiton.

Itoh-san,

For the VDDAVCO18 current,

1.for 6GHz PLL, it is around 20mA

2.for 9GHz PLL, it is around 40mA

3. for PLL off, it is close to 0A
