ADC32RF80: DIS OFFSET CORR

Part Number: ADC32RF80

We have a question about Offset corrector block in adc32rf80. Harmonics of which level we should expect at frequencies which is multiple of 1/8 of sample rate in case of this block is disabled (not freezed) with "DIS OFFSET CORR" bit = 1?

  • Currently, characterized data with IL engine off are not available from this device.
To guess the spur level, below information might be helpful.
Below observation was done on another device (AFE76xx) which is the next version to AFE32RF80.

If IL spur correction engine is frozen and temperature is drifted from the calibrated one, the spur can vary more than 15dB.
For an example, observed -93dBFs at calibrated temperature. Spur level increased to -84dBFs at another temperature.

So, on the ADC32RF80, a worse number is expected.

If data with IL engine off can be found, it will be updated later.
