LDC2114EVM: Module Unable to Connect to Sensing GUI

LDC2114EVM connected via USB to PC. The sensing GUI is not able to detect the module. Using the sensing solutions GUI v1.10.0.
Kindly suggest some solutions to connect the GUI.

Just to confirm, are you able to successfully connect to a different USB device with that USB outlet and cable?

Yes the USB ports and cable work.
