OPT3001EVM: Sample Application or SDK for OPT 3001 EVM.

Part Number: OPT3001EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPT3001, OPT3007,

We procured OPT3001 EVM for our research project.

I would like to know how to read the Light Sensor reading from a C / C++ program on Windows and Linux connected via USB.

Can you help me with a sample application/SDK to integrate into our project?

I tried using HID API and I see the following results

#include <wchar.h>
#include <string.h>
#include <stdlib.h>
#include "hidapi.h"

// Headers needed for sleeping.

#else
#include <unistd.h>
#endif

The device is opened, but we don't get any other details.

Ideally, we need to read the LUX values from the sensor. Can you assist with a sample application for the same
