The W25Q16DV sflash that our application note lists as compatible is NRND. My customer considers W25Q16JV instead but could not determine for sure whether it is compatible with AWR1843. It looks like yes with the IQ or JQ ordering options that have the QE bit set to 1, but we do not want to miss anything else. Could you please help?

It's had to confirm flash compatibility by just looking at the specs, there are are several ROM bootloader constraints that need to be met as described in the below bootloder app-note.

However by looking at the some of the specs it seem to be compatible, Please note that it's recommended to have Quad bit set to 1 with the certain part ordering information given in the datasheet below.
However it's strongly recommended to order the part and replace on TI EVM or customer hardware and see if it meets the specs and then use it, before going on large scale procurement.
