AWR2243BOOST: mmwavelink_example.exe hangs

Part Number: AWR2243BOOST
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR2243

Whenever I attempt to run mmwavelink_example.exe included with DFP it hangs as shown in the screenshot below.

I've tried pressing the nreset button on the board, but that doesn't seem to have any effect on the results.

Here's the contents of my trace.txt

The board is configured with just the SOP0 jumper installed as shown below (SOP-4 mode).

With jumpers installed on SOP0 and SOP1, I am able to use mmWaveStudio and collect data from the AWR2243BOOST + DCA1000 combo with no issues.  I've also successfully followed the steps recommended in the support post linked below to confirm mmWaveStudio functions properly with SOP-4 mode.

I've run the build provided in the below linked support post that uses a different version of the FTDI library with slightly different results.

I'm at a loss on how to proceed.  Any feedback would be appreciated.  I'm using mmwave_dfp_02_02_03_1.  The AWR2243 on my BOOST board has the marking 563A.  I'm running Windows 11.

Thanks.
