Thank you for posting to the Sensing forum.
The TMP144 does not have repeatability specified in the datasheet. I will look to see if there is more information we can provide and update this thread.
The host will send a calibration byte to allow the TMP144 to sync to the baud rate of the host. This protocol is described in more detail in section 7.5.1 of the datasheet, and the calibration byte is shown in figure 7-4:

About the calibration, I meant that if I need to write to the sensor offset temp, or something like that ?

Hi Yoav,
There's no need to calibrate temperature accuracy. TMP144 meets the temperature accuracy as outlined in the EC table. Repeatability is expected to be within Typ spec.
