Where I can find the AWR68xx_xxGHz_CW_profile.lua ? It mentioned in the app note that this included in the certification package which can be used to generate CW signals. https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spracp3c/spracp3c.pdf#page=19

This file type does not show up on TI Resource Explorer. The package must be downloaded.
