LM75B: Orderable Differences

Hello,

What is the difference in the LM75BIMMX-3/NOPB and LM75BIMM-3/NOPB? Is it just the same part in different reel sizes? In addition, what is the difference between -3/NOPB and -5/NOPB suffix?

    Hello Kyle,

    You are correct in regards to the difference between LM75BIMMX-3/NOPB and LM75BIMM-3/NOPB. The LM75BIMMX-3/NOPB has a reel size of 1000, while the LM75BIMM-3/NOPB has a reel size of 3500. This is shown on Addendum-Page 1 of the data sheet. The difference between -3/NOPB and -5/NOPB is their supply voltage. A 3.3V supply voltage is represented by -3, and a 5V supply voltage is represented by -5. This is shown on page 5 above the EC table.
