Please ensure that the capacitors chosen have double the voltage rating than the power supply that will be used.
Additionally, place the 1uF capacitor exiting Vo that forms the low-pass filter as close as possible to the ADC. Also try to place the 0.1uF capacitor entering +Vs as close to the LM60 as possible to protect against excessive noise going into the temp sensor.
