AWR1843: What does 'L13' play a role?

L13 pin's description is written 'Voltage supply for fuse chain',

Where is 'fuse chain' in AWR1843 ?

In addition, We never have to connect '1.7 V Power' and 'L13', don't we?

The point is L13 pin to burn encryption key, currently not completely to support.

That's why we have to leave L13 float.
