LM75A: radiation screening for TI parts

We consider to use this PN for space low orbit application.
Please let me know if you have performed any radiation screening on these parts.

Thank you for posting to the Sensing forum.

Since the LM75A is a commercial device it has not undergone high-reliability or space grade radiation testing. Please refer to our Space and High-Reliability portfolio for a list of devices that have undergone special qualifications. Our -SP (space qualified) devices are all radiation-hardness-assured (RHA).

I didn't ask for high-rel or Rad-hard, nor space qualified components.

Let me re-phrase my question:

do TI perform ANY radiation screening on devices?

No, the LM75A has not undergone radiation testing. TI does not perform radiation screening on commercial devices.
