LMT01EVM: GUI installation error

my customer is trying to evaluate LMT01 with our EVM. After installation of the GUI, they are getting an error just like here: E2E link

The development board it not recognized. No connection can be made and temperature cannot be read.

Manual installation of LabVIEW runtime 2022 did not solve the problem. Most LabVIEW files can only be downloaded with an account and there are a lot of different versions.
It is not clear what is really needed. Can you share a link to the correct files?

Furthermore, the driver cannot be installed since it mentions that it is not signed:
Can you share a driver that is signed?

Hi franziskus,

The LabVIEW 2022 runtime won't do any good, because the LMT01EVM GUI was developed in LabVIEW 2010 SP1 32-bit. The LabVIEW runtimes are not backwards compatible. The LMT01EVM installer should be installing the correct runtime for you. If you still want to install the correct runtime manually, try downloading it from here: https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview-runtime.html#306228

The LMT01EVM exposes a USB Serial (COM) port. You shouldn't need to install a driver. There is no signed driver available.

Thanks Ren! I will check with the customer if manually installing the runtime works.

FYI, they are using Windows 10 Enterprise.
