I tried to evaluate the inductive sensor EVM, but failed to connect the EVM to PC as below.

1. Download the installer of Sensing Solutions EVM GUI.
2. Run the installer (Device Driver Installation Wizard does not appear).
3. Run the application.
4. Connect the EVM to PC via USB cable. EVM PCB is not split along the perforations (default state). I used the USB cable which is included to the EVM. PC is windows 10 Pro.
5. Status keeps “Not connected”. It does not change even if plugged and unplugged. LED of the EVM turns on green (red LED do not turn on) if plugged. In the device manager, EVM is recognized as USB serial device (COM5).
6. Tried to update firmware via Sensing Solutions EVM GUI, but update is not proceeded (I wait over 30 minutes, but not finished). And tried same procedure with another PC, but failed (same result).
