You are correct - sorry about that - the package dimensions are on the front page of the datasheet and in the top left corned of the file that is provided. 

You can use the link I posted above to get to the .bxl or .stp file for use in a CAD program while we work with our packaging doc folks to get this corrected.

The request is understood. I have (because of this E2E post) submitted an internal request to make the NGR 8 package drawing complete and available on ti.com and in this datasheet. 

This may take at least a few days. Until then, I was attempting to point you in the right direction by pointing towards the files which are available for use in a CAD program, which will be dimensionally correct. 

Closest drawing to this one is the NGL package, https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mpds399/mpds399.pdf , but I think the center pad is different, otherwise should be about identical to the NGR, as these are both 2.5mm x 2.5mm WSON packages with 0.5mm pitch.
