We found that the product contained no tin. Check the products in stock and find that the pin is black. Please help confirm whether it is oxidation

Do you have any information as to how long you have had the TMP102-Q1 products in an open reel?

The TMP102-Q1 is MSL rated Level 2 and has a floor life of 1 year after the drypack packing has been opened. From the images it also seems like there is a lack of flux. Flux can help to clean any oxidation and enable the flow of solder.

Additionally, the appearance of the "black pins" is an expected condition. These devices have single sided roughened leadframes, allowing them to adhere to solder better, and which may have the appearance of being oxidized.
