We uses TMP235A4DCKT to design a temperature sensor.

    Thank you for posting to the Sensing forum.

    The external filter capacitor (C60) is too large. The TMP235 is characterized with a 1000-pF maximum capacitive load. This load is shown as the sum of CFILTER + CMUX + CSAMPLE in the datasheet figure below. It is recommended to maximize the external filter while keeping an allowance for the specified ADC input capacitance.

    The TMP235 datasheet recommends a 680-pF CFILTER to account for ADC input capacitance without exceeding the 1000-pF maximum load.

    Section 8.2.1.1 in the datasheet covers these design requirements in more detail.
