TMAG5253: Die position in package

We are currently switching from the DRV5055 to the TMAG5253. For the mechanical design of the assembly we need to know where the die of the TMAG5253 is located in relation to its package.

Can you share this information?

Hello Scott, the datasheet does not list the hight / hight accuracy of the package above the PCB. DMR GPV (R-PSSO-N4) 4229480 (Rev. B) (ti.com). Only the max hight (0.4mm) is indicated.
Do we have some norm measurement?

I have been looking through the package drawing lookup on ti.com and have not found any drawing which indicates anything besides the max height you referenced. I believe, however, that the z distance of the sensing element depicted in this drawing assumes this thickness as a starting reference.
