LM95071: temperature error exceeds data sheet limits

We received a new batch LM95071CIMF/NOPB

DC is 2303+5 and lot code 3017340EM3.

We found a temperature error much larger than the +-1°C indicated in figure 5.

We did not have this problem with the previous batches.

Hello Jurgen,

Just to be sure, was there any other changes to the circuit or only the LM95071 was updated with new devices? Also, were these devices purchased from an authorized distributor or directly from TI?

Hi Eddy,

no other changes had been made. We order twice after the first batch failed. The parts were from Mouser and Arrow. Both deliveries have the same date code / lot code.

We meanwhile removed the EMC filter (R10/ C7 / FE1). No improvement...

today we got another lot with a different date / lot code:

it works???!!!

DC is 2243+5 / Lot code is 2287205EM2
