Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not have a DDR4 temperature sensor with an integrated 4-Kbit EEPROM for memory module solutions in our portfolio. Our closest match would be the TMP139, which is a JEDEC DDR5 temperature sensor, and it doesn't have an EEPROM.
