IWR1642: No points cloud output when using lab demo : iwr1642 pplcount

Dear TI Team,

I am using IWR1642boost + lab demo pplcount for testing, there is no any point cloud output after below steps:

- Import pplcount demo into CCS, reBuild, and flash new bin to IWR1642BOOST
- start sensor using the default cfg file, there is no point cloud in the output TLV, only the header


The following analysis has been done

- Confirmed that there is no limit to the output of point cloud TLV, and the number of point clouds transmitted from DSS to MSS is 0
- prebuilt bin + default cfg + IWR1642BOOST work normal


Please help to confirm this issue
- Or can you link a pplcount for IWR1642 lab demo, many old versions of industrial toolbox can no longer be downloaded

    Hello,

    Since the prebuild binary works, this means that the binary must have been built with an older version of the SDK. Source code for the SDK changed in the version that you have installed, causing the binary that you build to not match the original pre-built binary provided. 

    In order to download older versions of the Radar Toolbox, you need to go to TI Resource Explorer , and do the following:

    To install even older versions than this, we must look for the prior name of the Radar Toolbox, which was the "Industrial Toolbox". To find and download different versions of the Industrial Toolbox, do the following:

    Steps 1 & 2 same as above, then

    Look for "Industrial Toolbox",

    Then use the follow the same steps as 3 & 4 in the above section to download a version.
