Hi expert,

LM75A DS shows that the temperature accuracy but do we have accuracy over time data e.g. 5-10yr can share as well?

Hello Allan,

TI does test for long term temperature accuracy through HTOL. Under the test condition of 500 hours at 150C at 5.5V, LM75A has a long term drift of 0.0625C.
