I have supplied power to pins TP1,2 and TP3,4 with 4.5V and 3.3V respectively. The power supply doesn't show any current draw upon enabling power output, so I'm concerned I have the board misconfigured. I was expecting current to be drawn while the board is powered on. What is the expected current draw?
