In the datasheet of LDC1314-Q1, there is no thermal pad dimension. Could you please let me know or share the detailed land pattern data?

Hello Sam,

I recommend using the Ultra librarian tool to generate the symbol and land pattern for the device for their design tool. See link below.

When I look at the symbol in Altium, I see the dimension shown below for the thermal pad.
