TMCS1107: TMCS1107 Bipolar, BiCMOS, CMOS

Hello, trying to work out if TMCS1107 is 100% Bipolar, BiCMOS or CMOS based. 

I know Analogue devices has a handy tool where you can look up the technology used for a device - let me know if there is a similar thing for TI devices that I have missed :)

    Yes, we do publish this type of information on our website.

    1) Go to ti.com

    2) Search for the device of interest (in this case TMCS1107)

    3) Click on your device to be directed to the product page

    4) On the product page, click "Ordering and quality"

    5) Scroll to the right, and in the row for the specific device, and column of "Quality, reliability, and packaging information", click "View or download"

    6) This will direct you to the page containing all of the information about the device, which you can either view or download

    The TMCS1107 is CMOS.
