Run "Setup_PGA300_EVM.exe", As I proceeded with the process, I got to the "Agree to the license agreement" screen. Will there be additional license fees when using the PGA300 development environment?

The following image is written on Page 26 of "sldu022.pdf". If I currently want to build this development environment, should I install the 2024 version "Labview 2024_RUNTIME ENG_64bit"?
