Hi!

I need to make a rotary angle sensor

Now I am using a magnetic hall sensor for the first solution but I need another magnet-free solution

Can I use an inductive sensor to detect the rotary angle with +/-0.1 degree tolerance?

Could you give me some reference design if that is possible

We have a ref design that uses the LDC1314 inductive sensor for angle estimation: https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00508 .
It is oriented towards 1deg absolute accuracy and 0.1deg resolution, but it could serve as useful starting point.
A higher resolution device, like the LDC1614 might help improve the angle accuracy of the design.

Another ref design uses Hall sensors for accurate angle detection: https://www.ti.com/tool/LDC-HALL-HMI-EVM

We don't have any ref designs to offer yet for the LDC5071/2, but we do have a sensor design tool for these devices:

The tool provides some great tool tips that give guidance on the various parameters for the system.
