TMCS1107: Pspice model

Part Number: TMCS1107

I am trying to use the TMCS1107 in Pspice for TI and am coming across an .olb file error.  I already redownloaded the TI libraries through the help tab.  Any idea?

  • Hey Patrick,

I am sorry about that. It may be due to the model not having it's reference circuit linked in the internal library. This will have to be updated.

In the meantime, you can get around this, by going to the TMCS1107 product page and downloading the TMCS model and reference circuit. You could test the TMCS model in the reference project (.opj) or you can import the model (.lib and .olb) into your own project. First move the .lib and .olb into you project directory and then import model into your design as shown below.

0 - Right click Library and add the .olb

1 - Click the Edit Simulation Profile button

2 - Go to Configuration Files

3 - Click Browse and then select the .lib file

4 - Click Add to Design (or Global)

5,6 - Click Apply and then OK.

After this, you can place the model from the project's library.

    Sincerely,

    Peter
