I have to handle below two issues of MMWCAS-DSP-EVM.

First of all, I connected to MMWCAS-DSP-EVM by an adapter(12V 3A). But It's not work.

The second one, the cable that came with MMWCAS-DSP-EVM you sent is defective.

Let me know the exact adapter part number(except for "96PSA-A60W12V1-1") to connect to MMWCAS-DSP-EVM and how can I get the compensation about the defective cable.

Hello Soy,

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I have found a similar part on digikey that you could consider: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/globtek-inc/TR9CE5000LCP-N-R6B/8598040

As mentioned in the user guide, a 12V 5 A supply should work.

Regarding your cable, may I ask if you are in touch with a local TI representative? Could you tell me why you believe it is defective?

Can I get the information the connecting part's specification of an adapter?

And the adapter's end sheath is peeled off and cannot be used.

Hi Soy,

My pleasure. The adapter needs to support 12V and 5A.

I believe the sheathing is removed so that you can connect to a lab power supply. e.g. something like this 2031-20 Power Supply AC / DC 0 - 12V, 5A (sciencelabsupplies.com)
