Hi Team,
My customer report that the question of how to define pin#1 on TMP63-Q1.
I found the similar post in E2E and it said that the dot on "G" word is pin#1. It's hard to see the dot.
In datasheet, we saw there is ID area on package, but in real IC, it didn't have. May you help explain why our datasheet spec is different from real IC?
Can we say all of TMP63-Q1 dot in on the "G" word side?
