TMCS1107: 100mV/A current sensor

Hi TI Support,

I need assistance with a TMCS1107 100mV/A current sensor. I have connected it with 3.5Vdc on Vs and GND, but I am not able to measure anything on Vout. My test load is 7A between IN+ and IN-. I am using an oscilloscope to measure Vout, but I am getting no reading. Can you help me diagnose the problem?

Hello Tuan,

Thank you for your post.

My first hunch is that the reference output is potentially being grounded. Can you provide your measurements of the reference? If you are grounding this reference output, then the output common mode of the actual output pin will be GND instead of the intended reference voltage.

Please also provide a schematic of your design as well.

Hi Joe,,

I got it working now. 
The reason is the marking of VCC is misleading. After I moved the VCC to the correct PIN it all works.
