Have you tried putting your parameters into the Sensing Estimator for feedback? Go to the advanced tab then load and auto-populate your config to get a more detailed analysis.

One problem I noticed is that you only defined one chirp.  But in the frameCfg, it is defined to use chirp 0 to chirp 2 total 3 chirps. 

frameCfg 0 2 32 0 500 1 0

It should be 

frameCfg 0 0 32 0 500 1 0

Many thanks about your reply.
I have successfully imported this CFG into mmwave visuializer.
But I have another question.
In the picture, I aligned the AWR6843AOPEVM with the center of the corner reflector (you can see the red cross alignment).
As you can see in the mmWave visuializer, the Range Profile has the corner reflector, showing great intensity.
But in the XY scatter plot on the left, no point appears directly in front.
How should I adjust this situation? Is there something wrong with my settings?

Which demo are you using?  Is it support AOP board?  The demo has to know the antenna pattern.  If you are using a demo designed for ISK.  Even you have strong signal from target, the DOA angle estimation could be all wrong.

I use mmWave demo visualizer and my SDK version is 3.6.
I also change the Antenna config into "4Rx,1Tx", but the scatter plot still shows the same condition.

The SDK OOB demo is designed for xWR6843ISK board.  You can find the demo information at this following Doxygen Documentation.  You may need to change the directory to match your SDK version.   You can see that xwr68xx mmw Demo is designed for ISK board.

You can find the OOB demo for different board at radar toolbox.

You need to flash the right binary for AOP board.  Please try with all the TX and RX on first and see whether the result makes sense.

Thank you for your assistance.
I confirmed that SDK3 can support AWR6843AOP.
Indeed, our bin file was programmed to the ISK version, and I reused "out_of_box_6843_aop.bin" in the path of "C:\ti\radar_toolbox_2_10_00_04\radar_toolbox_2_10_00_04\source\ti\examples\Out_Of_Box_Demo\prebuilt_binaries".
But I found that when I use "profile_calibration.cfg." in the path "C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_06_00_00-LTS\packages\ti\demo\xwr68xx\mmw\profiles", it will pop up a warning that bpm is not supported.
After I annotate this command, mmWave visualizer can operate normally.
What is the reason for the difference between them?
Can I use this Profile_calibration.cfg for calibration?

I believe AOP binary does not support BPM mode nor the bpmCfg CLI.  

In general, I would recommend using out_of_box_6843_isk.bin binary for calibration (for any 6843 EVM board), and then using the out_of_box_6843_aop.bin binary for point cloud on AOP board.
