TI-SCB: Cannot get TI-SCB serial port connection

I'm getting same error messasge as in
https://e2e.ti.com/support/data-converters-group/data-converters/f/data-converters-forum/914940/faq-how-do-i-resolve-pamb-evm-connectivity-and-or-driver-installation-issues

I've checked Windows Device Manager.
I can see "MSP432 Device Firmware Update" device, but cannot see "MSP432 USB Serial Port" device, MSP432 "Generic Bulk Device" nor "Unknown device".

Please let me know how do I resolve this issue.

Hello Toru,

Since you see "MSP432 Device Firmware Update", that means that the board is ready for a firmware update. The serial and bulk will not show up until the firmware has been updated (in which case, the firmware update device will disappear from the device manager). This can be done though the GUI that you plan to use. If you have problems with updating the firmware, then you can follow the steps in this e2e:
