AFE4405: a module of 3 green LED/PD

Hi,

I am now designing a circuit with a module which has 3 green LEDs and 1 PD.(The green LEDs are at one side of the PD, not at both sides.)

The module will be attached to AFE4405. To my knowledge, the 3 green LEDs shall be connected to the TX1 in parallel.

Is this right?

Confusingly, the LED/PD board of AFE4405EVM has two green LEDs(at both sides of PD) which are connected to TX1 and TX2 respectively.

And when applied on wrist, the waveforms from the two green LEDs are slightly different in baseline level and at some points.

Which way is the normal connection of the 3 green LEDs ?
