TDC7201: What frequency can TDC7201 support

Team,

The evaluation module, TDC7201-ZAX-EVM, implies that the part can support START1 to START1 of 40KHZ; however, I do not see a spec for this information.

Will this device allow to measure time of flight at a rate of 40 KHZ or more?
