Let me question about the operation of TMP123.
[Malfunction]
IQ (quiescent current) is specified as 50uA (max) in the data sheet.
However, we actually consume about 15mA of current.
What is the cause of 15mA consumption?
[15mA consumption condition]
(1) Low temperature environment of 0℃ or lower.
(2) The temperature sensor(TMP123) is turned on.
(3) The Chip Select pin (5pin) of the temperature sensor(TMP123) switches from "H" to "L".
■When the above three conditions are met, the current is consumed at 15mA.
· If these three conditions do not match, 15mA will not be consumed.
· If these three conditions are matched, 15mA is always consumed.
· We have confirmed the operation to consume 15mA with multiple devices.
· Current is measured with V + (3 pin).
The same problem has been confirmed on multiple devices.
It is unknown whether it is caused by a device or a device.
