Dear Support Team;

If Vs is less than 1.4V, what happens to TMP75C-Q1?

And if Vs become 1.4V after less than 1.4V, what happens to TMP75C-Q1?

Hi Sugiyama-san,

The operation of TMP75C would be unknown below 1.4V. The minimum operating voltage is 1.4V.

The operation of TMP75C would also be unknown after dropping to 1V and returning to 1.4V. This voltage is not low enough to guarantee Power-On Reset will occur.

Hi Sugiyama-san,

There is some internal resistance and capacitance which makes up the Power-On Reset detection. The only way to ensure correct operation of this circuit is to reach 0V or very near to it to ensure discharge of this circuit.

Could you tell me the condition which make up Power-On Reset ?

For example, Vcc level =0V and keep time=?s

100ms should be sufficient. These are not guaranteed specifications.
