Hello,

The two antennas connected to ground are "dummy" antennas and are used only to improve the symmetry between all the 4 RX antennas. This way all the 4 receiver antennas have similar kind of copper shapes on both the sides and hence reduces the gain and phase mismatch between the antennas.
